Privacy Policy
Last updated June 13, 2026
This site is the personal and professional site of Peter Fougerousse. I keep data collection minimal and use it only to run the site and respond to people who reach out. This policy explains what is collected, why, and your choices.
What I collect
Information you give me. If you use the contact form, book a consultation, or email me, I receive what you send: typically your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message. I use this only to reply and to schedule and prepare for our conversation.
Usage data. Like most sites, basic analytics may record non-identifying information such as pages visited, approximate region, device type, and referring source. This helps me understand what is useful and improve the site. It is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies or similar technologies, mainly for analytics and basic functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site. If a scheduling or analytics provider sets its own cookies, that is governed by their policy, linked below.
Service providers
I rely on a few trusted providers to operate the site and book meetings. These may include a hosting and content-delivery provider, a privacy-respecting analytics provider, and a calendar scheduling provider used to book consultations directly into my calendar. These providers process data on my behalf and only to deliver their service. I do not sell your information to anyone.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and booking details for as long as needed to respond, deliver any engagement, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations, then delete them. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you. Just email [email protected] and I will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and I will honor those.
Children
This site is meant for business audiences and is not directed to children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
